1. Your fullname and physical address to which the package should be delivered. Also include an email address for confirmation and a phone number in case I need to contact you.
2. The codes (these are found below the pictures on the website eg. L-1), quantity, and sizes (8" x 12" / 11" x 14" / 16" x 20") for the photographs you wish to order. Please also note whether any of these photos should be matted.
